PRICES: Prices are ex factory and are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. METHOD OF PAYMENT: All orders are to be prepaid.
1. Payment in advance by check, money order, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). 2. Foreign orders require payment in advance or a letter of credit with an acceptable U. S. bank, in favor of Novalek, Inc. 3. For open account orders in good standing, payment of invoice is due 30 days from invoice date.
MINIMUM ORDERS: Cash orders have no minimum. A service charge of $2.50 will be added to all orders less than $25.00. SHIPPING: Small orders will be shipped U.P.S. or Parcel Post. Large orders (over 100 lbs.) will be shipped by motor freight. All orders are ex factory, Hayward, CA . Purchaser pays for all direct shipping costs.
RETURNS: No returns will be accepted for refund without prior written authorization from AQUAVET headquarters in Hayward, CA. All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid. In the event of an error on the part of AQUAVET causing such returns, the customer will be refunded for freight charges incurred. Refunds on authorized returns are for the original cost of the products purchased. Because of possible contamination of chemicals and other products once out of our control, we cannot accept returns, except as indicated above. REMEDIES RELEASE FORM: To comply with government regulations, a signed copy of the AquaVet Remedies Release Form is required to purchase certain remedies from AquaVet. Click here to obtain a copy of this form: Remedies Release Form. Remedies under government regulation are authorized for use only on animals not used for human food. There are no exceptions. SCREENING ORDERS: AQUAVET screens all orders and refuses to ship chemicals and medications where improper or illegal use is indicated. Orders for remedies that fall under current government regulation that are from governmental agencies, hatcheries, fish breeders, and dealers must appear on an official form or institution letterhead. This requirement also applies to requests for price quotations. Orders are subject to rejection unless accompanied by appropriate documents (Remedies Release Form, complete address) as indicated above.
